Resource Support

We pride ourselves in having the easiest, fastest, and most respectful Support.

Before receiving support, we kindly ask that you try to solve the issue yourself first. Make sure to read over all of our documentation and instructions as it states how to install or use resources.

If you require support, make sure you are able to reproduce the issue so our Support can reproduce as well to determine the root cause of the issue.

Discord

You can receive support for our resources the fastest by joining our Discord server. Once you join our Discord server, you will navigate to the #┃open-a-ticket channel. Please select the appropriate category when selecting which ticket to open.


Email

If you still do not receive a response in your ticket, you can reach out using our support email. Our support email will go straight to our Executive Team. Please make sure that this is for urgent matters only and simple support such as not having access to an account because you no longer have access to the email will not be answered.
