Admin Panel


1. Introduction

The ImperialCAD Admin Panel is designed to make managing your community fast and efficient. Whether you’re adding new departments, updating member permissions, or reviewing system activity, everything you need is organized and easy to find.

2. Core Sections

Members

View and manage all community members:

  • Search by name or Discord ID.

  • Quick actions: Edit, Departments, Permissions, Kick, Ban.

Hint: Use search when managing large member lists.

Administration

  • Departments: Add or edit law enforcement, fire/medical, or civilian groups.

  • Businesses: Manage community businesses, leaders, and access codes.

Hint: Keep department and business data current for smooth operations.

Customization

  • Themes: Update colors and branding.

  • Configuration: Manage lists like call natures, laws, and other key data.

  • Settings: Change community info, integrations, and advanced options.

Security

  • Analytics & Insights: View high-level activity data.

  • Logs: Review all admin/user activity events.

  • Permissions: Create and manage permission groups.

  • Ban List: View or add bans easily.

Billing

  • My Subscription: Check your plan, view invoices, and manage ownership or transfers.

Hint: Verify billing info often to avoid service interruptions.


3. Quick Actions

Kick or Ban a User

  1. Open Members.

  2. Find the user by name or Discord ID.

  3. Select Kick (temporary) or Ban (permanent).

Add a Department

  1. Go to Departments > Create Department.

  2. Enter name, abbreviation, and type.

  3. Assign supervisors and save.

Create a Permission Group

  1. Go to Permissions > Add Permission Group.

  2. Choose permissions and assign users.

  3. Save your changes.


4. Best Practices

  • Review roles and permissions monthly.

  • Export logs regularly for audits.

  • Keep department and business data updated.

  • Check subscription status before billing dates.
